Forms of presentation of contributions
of 47th International Conference of SSCHE - Online
Form of online presentation

Lectures and posters will be presented in the form of commented video prepared by author of the contribution.

Lectures:
Lecture video time should not exceed 15 minutes. 5 minutes will be reserved for questions.

Posters:
Poster video time should not exceed 5 minutes and 10 slides.

As we aim to avoid any technical disturbances and delays during the conference, we would like to ask all authors of accepted presentations for recording their presentations according to the instructions below and sending the link of uploaded file (by WeTransfer) to sschi@stuba.sk by May 16. Pre-recorded presentations will be streamed according to the program schedule. Live moderated discussion with the author will follow after each presentation and at the end of each session. For lectures and poster presentation record we recommend to use Microsoft PowerPoint.

How to prepare a narrated presentation in the Microsoft PowerPoint app:
      1. Open your finalized presentation.
      2. Select Slide Show > Record Slide Show.
      3. When ready, select Record and start speaking.
      4. You can manage your recording using the Pause, Stop, Replay,
          and Clear functions as well as the Pen, Highlighter, and Erase tools.
      5. After finishing the recording, please save your presentation and export
          it as an mp4 (i.e. video) file.
      6. Please send the link of file uploaded by WeTransfer to our e-mail: sschi@stuba.sk by May 16.

Instructions for contributors of full-text papers

The size of lettering in the manuscript must be 12 pt. high, the text with single line spacing, alignment left, font Times New Roman. The format of the paper is described below:
Contributions will be presented in the form of plenary lectures, lectures in sections, and posters.
first line: start with the title of the contribution in bold letters and with the size of lettering 14 pt. high,
skip one line,
first name and surname of the author (in the case of co-authors, put a comma between the names),
skip one line,
affiliation with full address inclusive postcode, telephone and E-mail,
skip two lines,
key words,
full text of the contribution.
The text must be submitted in electronic form (through the on-line submission system) in PDF file in a final camera ready version including all figures, graphs and tables. The margins are 2 cm (all sides). Header and footer of the text must be empty.


Instructions for abstract preparation

The abstract should be on one page size A4 with the font size 12 pt., alignment left and right, all margins equal to 2 cm. The text must be submitted in electronic form in PDF file in a final camera ready version. The format of the abstract is described below:
The author is responsible for the content and quality of contributions. Editorial amendments will not be done. The texts will be converted into the final version respecting the possibilities of the camera ready version. Header and footer of the text must be empty.



Proceedings with full-text and abstracts of contributions will be published in electronic form as Proceedings of the conference and will be available to download for participants on the web page of SSCHE 2021 conference from the beginning of conference. Therefore, full-texts and abstracts must be submitted in an electronic form following the instructions on the web page of SSCHE until May 1, 2021.
After this deadline contributions will not be included in the Proceedings of the conference!
